Not into sleeping on the ground? We get it, which is why we’ll be allowing a limited number of RVs and trailers on the Lachie campsite.
Everyone who is bringing an RV or trailer on site must have a Lachie RV/Trailer Pass, which can be purchased for $100 when you buy your festival pass. Each vehicle only needs one pass, but everyone who is staying in the vehicle must have their own festival ticket. The plot for RVs and trailers is 20 by 50 feet, and there is no extra charge for a car that also parks in that space – provided that it stays within the space, and arrives at the same time as the RV. Just like with a car on a regular camp plot at Lachie, once your RV or trailer is parked, it stays parked. If you move, you forfeit the rights to your site.
If you’re wondering what exactly qualifies a vehicle as “recreational,” this is how we define it. It’s bigger than a standard 15-passenger van (230.8 inches by 79.3 inches by 82.3 inches). Anything equal to or larger than those measurements will be considered an RV, and will not be allowed on the Lachie campground without an RV/Trailer Pass. You are more than welcome to set up a tent next to your RV, or let your trailer’s awning free, as long as everything fits neatly into your 20 by 50-foot plot.
Electrical hookups will be available for use and there is a dump hookup on-site.
Water hookups will not be functional this year. Our apologies for any inconvenience.
